Biography

I completed my intercalated BSc, medical degree and MSc at the University of Glasgow. After concluding clinical foundation training in the West of Scotland, I completed internal medicine training at Addenbrooke’s hospital, and have subsequently begun specialty training in Haematology.

At present, I am studying for a PhD in Stem Cell Biology, supervised by Prof George Vassiliou and Dr Irina Mohorianu. My interests are in clonal haematopoiesis and myeloid pre-leukaemia, and I hope to apply computational approaches to large clinical and genomic data sets to improve our detection and understanding of these entities.
