Biography

I completed my BEng in Mechanical and Offshore Engineering from Robert Gordon University; I am currently studying for an MSc in Data Science from Coventry University. My current dissertation focuses on the classification of EEG signals using Graph Convolutional Networks. I strongly believe that with the integration of statistical approaches and computational power, the current understanding of health and biological big datasets can be further improved.

I am currently working as an intern at the CSCI Core Bioinformatics group. My current project is on refining the inference of Gene Regulatory Networks using Machine Learning approaches, focusing on the definition of co-variation. I hope to gain keen insights into the application of artificial intelligence in solving current biological and health problems from this internship.
