Core Bioinformatics group

Biography

I started my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of Cambridge in 2021 and joined the Core Bioinformatics group as an intern at the end of my first year. Throughout my first year, I studied topics like algorithms, machine learning, and discrete maths. I hope to contribute my interest in data science to the group and receive invaluable experience processing real, meaningful datasets in return.

During my internship, I will focus on some theoretical aspects related to the inference of Gene Regulatory Networks, coupled with tasks on data analysis, which will help me understand the observed sources of variation.
